Kathmandu. Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydropower Company Limited (HYDROPOWER) has set the date for book closure for the issuance of right shares.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Wednesday has decided to close the book on February 14 for the purpose of issuing right shares. This means that only the shareholders who have remained in the company till February 29 will be eligible to get the right shares.
KATHMANDU: The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to Buddhabhumi Nepal Hydropower Limited to issue 100% right shares in the ratio of 1:1. The company will now issue rights shares worth Rs 40 crore. The company will issue a total of 4 million units of shares at a face value of Rs 100 to its shareholders.
After the issuance of the right shares, the paid-up capital of the company will reach above Rs 80 crore. NIC Asia Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
