Kathmandu. Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) has urged qualified institutional investors to come to register and renew the book building method.
Issuing a press release today, NEPSE has urged qualified institutional investors who have been licensed by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to come for registration and renewal. According to NEPSE, new eligible institutional investors have been invited to register and those already registered are invited to come for renewal.
According to NEPSE, the registration fee is Rs 10,000 annually and Rs 5,000 for renewal. For this, the bank voucher has to be sent by depositing the amount in the bank account specified by NEPSE.
