Kathmandu. Diwakar Bhattarai has been sworn in as the new director of NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha. Diwakar Bhattarai has been nominated as a representative director of the promoter group as per the decision of the board of directors of NIC Asia Bank.
Prior to this, Director Suman Thapaliya was representing NIC Asia Bank Limited in the promoter group.
Diwakar Bhattarai took oath of office and secrecy from the chairman of the organization, Prakash Raj Sharma. Diwakar Bhattarai has 16 years of experience in the banking sector and is currently working as an executive officer of NIC Asia Bank.
The organization believes that his work experience will further help the organization to achieve the goal and establish it as a leading, strong and strong microfinance institution among microfinance financial institutions.
