Kathmandu. Beni Hydropower Project has received permission for IPO issuance.
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) on Thursday granted approval to Beni Hydropower Limited (SCL) to issue an initial public offering (IPO) worth Rs 20.80 crore. Now, the company will issue a total of 20,80,000 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100.
NMB Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
