Attractive growth in demand for large range of stock mortgage loans in banks, which range is how much?

Kathmandu. Current fiscal year 2082. In the first 10 months of 2018-19, the share loan from banks has increased by 29.5 percent.

According to the data released by Nepal Rastra Bank, banks have issued Rs 162.53 billion as collateral loans till mid-April of the current fiscal year. Previous fiscal year 2081. By April 1980, banks had disbursed Rs 125.52 billion in loans. Compared to the previous year, the share loan from banks increased by 29.49 percent.

As of mid-April of the current fiscal year, banks have issued Rs 115.94 billion as collateral loans of above Rs 10 million. The loan of this range had gone up to Rs 85.73 billion till April last year. The demand for this range of loans has increased by 35.23 percent.

Loans in the range of Rs 50 lakh to Rs 10 million stood at Rs 18.39 billion, loans in the range of Rs 2.5 million to Rs 50 lakh stood at Rs 19.50 billion and loans in the range of Rs 2.5 million stood at Rs 8.59 billion. Loans in the range of Rs 50 lakh to Rs 10 million were Rs 15.05 billion, loans in the range of Rs 2.5 million to Rs 50 lakh were Rs 16.62 billion and loans in the range of Rs 2.5 million were Rs 8.10 billion.

Compared to the previous year, loans in the range of Rs 5 million to Rs 10 million increased by 22.20 percent, loans in the range of Rs 25 lakh to Rs 50 lakh increased by 17.31 percent and loans in the range of Rs 2.5 million increased by 6.05 percent.
