Kathmandu. The Dharan branch of Asian Life Insurance Company has handed over school uniforms to 10 students and stationery to six students of Kiranteshwor Secondary School, Dharan, established in 2030 BS. On the occasion of the company’s 18th anniversary, the company has been given the support under its social responsibility.
The materials were handed over to the Principal of Kiranteshwar Secondary School, Dr. Yogendra Palunga and Dharan branch manager Sujan Bhandari, senior business manager Tilak Kalikote, Bhanubhat Acharya Narayan Shrestha and Basanti Thebe handed over the certificates to local people, teachers and students.
Informing about the importance of life insurance in the program, the company expressed that all people should look at insurance in a positive way and thanked teacher Basanti Thebe for facilitating the program.
Similarly, the Dharan branch has adopted the guardian of the child Sapana Shrestha for 16 years after the death of her father Keshav Bahadur Shrestha in course of treatment due to blood pressure in Myalung-6, Tehrathum. Branch Manager Sujan Bhandari, Senior Business Manager of Dharan Branch Sujan Bhandari, Senior Business Manager Kajiman Limbu, Maylung Municipality-6 and 8 Ward Secretary Dhundiraj Subedi and Maylung Municipality-7 Dinesh Tamang have written a letter to the insured Sapana Shrestha with 1 percent of the insured amount of Rs 220,000 per month as education expenses and Rs 15,040 as annual installment. The deceased’s wife and child’s mother Usha Shrestha were handed over to the deceased’s wife and mother Usha Shrestha on the basis of friends Ba Pariyar, Prem Kanta Chaudhary, assistant relationship manager Lok Chandra Shrestha and locals. The deceased had insured the children of 4 years and their parents in the future.
