Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Reliable Nepal Life Insurance (LIC) has concluded its ninth annual general meeting. The meeting was held at Alice Reception in Gairidhara, Kathmandu.
The meeting held the last fiscal year 2081. The meeting also approved a cash dividend of Rs 623,639,385.60 of the current paid-up capital of the company.
The meeting approved the annual and auditor’s report of the last fiscal year and the current fiscal year 2082. 83. The meeting has approved the proposal regarding the appointment of auditor and fixation of his remuneration.
