Kathmandu. Insurance Authority of Nepal (NIA) in the last fiscal year 2082. About 47 percent of the complaints have been settled.
This is according to the data made public by the Authority. According to statistics, 600 complaints were registered at the NRA in the last fiscal year. In the previous fiscal year 2081. A total of 394 complaints were filed from 82 and 206 were filed in the last fiscal year. A total of 57 complaints were registered at the NRA’s central office in 149 provinces in the review year.
Of the complaints received at the NRA, 281 were cleared in the review year. This is 46.83 percent of the total complaints.
According to the NRA, 204 verdicts and 77 settlements have been settled so far. Now, 319 complaints are yet to be settled. This is the current fiscal year 2083. It has moved to 84.
The NRA had cleared only 131 complaints in the last fiscal year. There were 525 complaints. In the last fiscal year, the NRA had been able to settle only 25 percent of the complaints.
