Kathmandu. A new group has been added to the board of directors of Ankhukhola Hydropower Company.
The company has completed its 17th and 18th (FY 2080) today. 81 and 2081. A new group representing the general public has been elected to the Board of Directors through the annual general meeting of 82. The AGM has elected 5 new directors with one month representing the general shareholders.
The elected members are Lekhnath Pokharel, Subash Poudel, Sabindra Upadhyaya, Jolly Amatya and Ram Prasad Sapkota. Indra Krishna Shrestha and Ganga Sagar Prajapati from the promoter group are on the board of directors of the company. The board of directors of the company has 7 members including newly elected office-bearers.
The AGM held at Baluwatar Palace in Baluwatar approved the annual statements of both the fiscal years, the statements of the auditors and the schedules related to the statements of profit and loss, statements of profit and loss, and the details of cash flow.
The same assembly elected the current fiscal year 2082. 83 Proposals relating to the appointment of auditors and determination of their remuneration have been approved.
