Kathmandu. Siddhartha Bank Limited is going to sell its promoter shares. The bank has issued a notice today and said that some of the founders of the bank have applied to the bank for the sale of their promoter group shares.
Existing promoter shareholders can apply for the shares within 35 days from the date of publication of required documents at the central office of the bank.
The bank will sell the shares to other individuals or organizations if there is no application for the sale of the shares within the stipulated time.
