Kathmandu. Manjushree Finance is going to sell the promoter shares. The company is going to sell 1,29,032 units of shares in the name of the company’s founder shareholder Numnath Poudel. The price of the shares has not been fixed.
The company has called for the sale of the shares so that only the existing promoter shareholders can buy the shares.
The promoter shareholders should apply to the company’s central office in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice for purchase of shares.
If the application is not received from the existing promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, it will sell it to other individuals and organizations.
