Kathmandu. The Nepal Insurance Authority (NIA) is going to amend the Directive on Reinsurance Brokers, 2078.
The Authority has issued a notice informing that the directive is going to be amended. The Authority has said that the directive should be updated and necessary in accordance with the current law, policy provisions and business environment.
The Authority has also sought suggestions from the concerned bodies and individuals for necessary improvements, amendments and additions to the said directive. The stakeholders can submit their suggestions to the Authority’s [email protected] within 7 working days.
