Kathmandu. NIC ASIA Capital Limited has been conducting various programs under Corporate Social Responsibility since its inception. On the occasion of “World Investors Week, 2026”, a Money Market and Capital Market Literacy and Interaction Program was organized at Triveni International College, Pokhara-30, Talchowk, Kaski on Friday, October 7.
In the program, Damodar Rayamajhi, Chief Merchant Banking Officer of Capital, gave detailed information on how to save money even during the student lifetime and where the small amount of savings can be easily invested, based on the primary themes “Investor Resilience, Digital Deception and Scam Alert” / Complementary Themes “Basis of Investing and Young Investor & Next Generation”.
He also elaborated on the process of investing in the primary and secondary market of securities, money market instruments, mutual funds, SIPs, etc., as well as the things to be paid special attention while making the decision to invest in the secondary market listed companies.
At the end of the program, a detailed discussion and interaction was held with the participation of the participating students and professors regarding the current state of the money market instruments and capital market and the things to be taken care of while investing. The program was attended by more than 100 young students, professors and staff working in other campuses.
