Kathmandu. Manjushree Finance Limited has declared a dividend. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on October 8 has decided to give 20 percent dividend to its shareholders from the distributable profit of the last financial year.
As per the audited financial statements of the last fiscal year, the company has decided to distribute 20 percent dividend of 5 percent bonus shares and 15 percent cash dividend from the distributable profit of the company.
