Kathmandu. NMB Bank has declared a dividend for the fiscal year 2082. 83.
The board of directors of the bank has decided to distribute cash dividend to the shareholders from the distributable profit of the current financial year. Accordingly, the bank has decided to distribute a cash dividend (including tax) of Rs 1,34,99,52,888 to the current paid-up capital of 7 percent.
Similarly, the bank has decided to distribute a cash dividend of Rs 122,054,794.52 to the shareholders of the company.
The dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the bank after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
