Kathmandu. Today is the last day to secure the dividend of Ridge Line Energy. The company is closing the book for one day on October 23 for the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution. According to this, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till today will be able to attend the AGM of the company and receive the dividend to be distributed by the company.
Ridge Line Energy has decided to distribute a cash dividend (including tax) of Rs 12,47,36,842.11 of its current paid-up capital. To approve this dividend, the company has decided to hold its fifth annual general meeting on November 31. The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. at Kupandole Banquet in Kupandole, Lalitpur.
The same meeting will pass a resolution to pass the dividend. The meeting will also elect 1 director representing the general shareholders.
The meeting will approve the institutional guarantee given to the Rastriya Banijya Bank for the loan of Dudhpokhari Chepe Hydropower. The meeting will also pass a resolution for the transfer and sale of survey license for the generation of electricity of Maiwa Khola Hydropower Project (12.504 MW).
The meeting approved the annual and auditor’s report for the last fiscal year and approved the proposal for the current fiscal year 2083. 84 for the appointment of the auditor and the resolution relating to the determination of his remuneration.
