Kathmandu. Laxmi Sunrise Debenture 2092 has been listed on NEPSE. Nepal Stock Exchange Limited and Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited have signed an agreement to issue 30,00,000 units of face and paid-up value of 1,000 units with a maturity period of 10 years and 7% interest rate.
The company had invited an open sale to the public through Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited. The listing was done pursuant to the Securities Listing Bylaws, 2075 dated September 15.
The trading of the debentures will start from September 22.
