Kathmandu. The share price of Everest Bank Limited has been adjusted on the Nepal Stock Exchange. With the closure of the book for the bank’s general meeting and dividend distribution, NEPSE has adjusted the share price and fixed the new price.
NEPSE has adjusted the price of 5 percent bonus shares of the bank. After the adjustment, the share price of the bank has been fixed at Rs 692.86. NEPSE has adjusted the share price of the bank based on the last price of Rs 727.50 on the previous trading day.
Based on this adjusted price, the bank’s shares will be traded in the secondary market today. The bank has called its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30 at Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu. The meeting will begin at 10 am.
