Kathmandu. Miteri Development Bank Limited is going to issue promoter shares to the general public. Lalita Thapa and Sabina Shrestha are the promoter shareholders of the bank. The bank is issuing 1,01,400 units of promoter shares, Lalita Thapa and 61,124 units of Sabina Shrestha’s shares.
As per the directive of Nepal Rastra Bank, the first priority should be given to the existing promoter shareholders while selling the promoter shares, so the shares were sold within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice on July 14.
Interested bidders can apply to the bank within 35 days from the bank’s central office in Mahendrapath, Dharan-12, Sunsari or Share Registrar Prabhu Capital Limited, Kathmandu.
