Kathmandu. Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the share price of Mandu Hydropower Company Limited (NSE).
Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the price of Mandu Hydropower to Rs 763.64 per share. The price was Rs 840 per share in Thursday’s trade. The company’s shares will now be traded at the adjusted price.
The company has decided to close its book on August 24 for the purpose of dividend and AGM. This means that only the shareholders who have remained in the company as of August 4 are eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the meeting.
Mandu Hydropower for the second fiscal year 2081. 82 and 2082. The 14th and 15th annual general meetings of ’83 are being held simultaneously on September 1. The meeting will be held at Nepa Banquet in Naya Bazaar, Kathmandu from 10:00 am.
The shareholders will get the dividend of both the fiscal years after the same meeting. The company is in fiscal year 2082. The government has decided to distribute 12 percent cash dividend (including tax) of Rs 1,36,36,36,440 out of the current paid-up capital of Rs 1.36 billion.
Similarly, the previous fiscal year 2081. The company has decided to distribute a total dividend of 10.5263 percent of its current paid-up capital from the accumulated profit of the company. The company has 10 percent bonus shares and 0.5263 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The meeting will approve the annual report of both the fiscal years and the proposal relating to the appointment of the auditor and the determination of his/her remuneration for the current fiscal year.
