Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has added 4 companies to its pipeline.
He had sought permission from the Securities Board of India (SEBON) to issue IPOs of 3 more companies. Madhyapur Hospital, Indreni Mushroom Farm, Kalinchowk Investment Company and Makrigad Hydropower Ltd have been granted permission to issue IPOs.
If the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) permits, Madhyapur Hospital will issue a total of 28 lakh units of ordinary shares at a face value of Rs 100. Muktinath Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO of the hospital.
Similarly, Indreni Mushroom Farm has sought permission from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue a total of 8,75,000 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100. Muktinath Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
If the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) allows it, Kalinchowk Investment Company will issue 2.4 million units of ordinary shares at a face value of Rs 100. Nabil Investment Banking has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO of the hospital.
Similarly, Makrigad Hydropower has sought permission from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue 2,227,500 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100. Sanima Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
