Kathmandu. Nepal Investment Bank Limited (NIBL) has put up 2.75 lakh units of shares for sale.
A total of 1,74,887 units of shares of the promoter group of the bank are for sale. Currently, only the promoter shareholders of the bank can apply for the shares.
The deadline for submission of applications has been given 35 days. The promoter shareholders can apply for the shares at the office of the Registrar located at IT Plaza, Kamaladi, Kathmandu within the period.
If the promoter shareholders do not apply for the purchase of shares within the stipulated period, the bank will open the sale of shares to other individuals and institutions.
