Kathmandu. The Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority of Bangladesh (IDRA) has asked for certificates of educational qualifications of the chief executive officers (CEOs) of life insurance companies.
IDRA Director (Life) and Under-Secretary Dev Prasad Pal today issued a circular to life insurance companies asking them to submit educational certificates of their CEOs. This directive has been given to the CEOs and Managing Directors of all life insurance companies in Bangladesh.
As per the circular, CEOs will have to submit an updated resume along with all educational qualifications and marksheets. They have also been asked to submit an approval document issued by IDRA for appointment as CEO.
IDRA has given three working days to submit the information and documents. In addition, CEOs have been asked to update their information online. A link to the Google form has also been sent along with the instructions. –Agency
