Kathmandu. Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has organized a grand program to honor the Agency Development Manager (ADM) and Emerging Sun Club Achievers of the Far-Western Province. The program held at Hotel Pauwa in Kailali, Dhangadhi, on Sunday, saw the significant participation of ADMs and Emerging Sun Club Achievers from all over the Far-Western state.
Chief Executive Officer of the company Raj Kumar Aryal was the chief guest of the program and Chief Marketing Officer Ganesh Chaulagain was the special guest of the program. The program was welcomed by Laxmi Kant Jaisi, Chief of the company’s Far-Western Province and facilitated by Section Chief Yogendra Adhikari.
Addressing the program, Chief Executive Officer Raj Kumar Aryal said that there was a lot of potential for the expansion of life insurance business in the far-western state and more effective works could be carried out in this sector in the days ahead. Stating that the ADMs and agents of the Far-West are experienced, diligent and responsible, he expressed the belief that best business achievement can be achieved in the Far-Western State if their capacity and activism can be mobilized in the right direction.
Similarly, Chief Marketing Officer Ganesh Chaulagain briefed about the policies and programs of the company and highlighted the company’s plans to provide more services to the agents in the coming days and to boost the morale and business capacity of the agents by implementing various incentive schemes. He urged the agents to be proactive and play an important role in customer service and expansion of the insurance business.
In the program, awards and honors were given to ADM and Emerging Sun Club Achievers for their best performance in the Far-Western Province.
The participants said that the felicitation program has given more energy, enthusiasm and motivation to the agents to perform better in the coming days.
The program, which was organized with the objective of expanding access to life insurance and strengthening the agent network in Far-west Province, has created a positive environment for leadership development, agent motivation, business capacity enhancement and achievement of future business goals.
