Kathmandu. Kumari Capital Limited is going to hold its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 10. The meeting will be held at 5:30 pm at the central office of the capital, Nagpokhari, Kathmandu. The date of the AGM has been fixed as per the decision of the 86th meeting of the Board of Directors of Capital Capital held on August 12.
The AGM will hold discussions and endorse the annual report of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2082/83, the financial statements including the auditor’s report, statements of profit or loss, statements of cash flow for the fiscal year 2082/83.
The AGM will appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2083/084 and fix his/her remuneration and distribute a cash dividend of Rs. 4,90,00,000 along with dividend tax at the rate of 12.25 per paid-up capital for the fiscal year 2082/83 as proposed by the Board of Directors.
