Kathmandu. The stock market rose by single digits on Thursday. The NEPSE index increased by 8.81 points to close at 2651.21.
Following the rise in the NEPSE sub-group, 10 sub-groups have increased while two others have fallen. The business group has remained stable. Today, the production and processing group increased the most by 0.57 percent while the investment group decreased the most by 0.49 percent.
On this day, the share prices of 171 companies increased while 86 companies declined. Today, the share prices of 19 companies are stable.
The market was traded at Rs 3.72 billion today. Ghalemdi Hydro has been traded the most.
