Kathmandu. The finalists for the 30th Asia Insurance Industry Awards 2026 have been announced. A total of 49 top insurance companies, reinsurance companies, insurance brokers, risk managers and service providers have been shortlisted.
These awards given in various categories are known for rigorous criteria and transparent selection process. It is overseen by a panel of expert appraisers from the insurance industry. This year, around 185 applications were received in 16 categories.
For the first stage of remote selection, the evaluators evaluated the applications based on a 1,200-word shortlist written in writing. The final round of decisions will be made on September 2. Evaluators will discuss each candidate in detail before selecting the winner through a secret ballot.
KPMG closely monitors the entire decision-making process. The winners will be felicitated at the Awards Gala Dinner on November 2 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre, in conjunction with the 22nd SIRC. –Agency
