Kathmandu. Nepal Insurance Authority (NEA) has issued a directive to all licensed insurance companies to update the details of their branches, sub-branches and contact offices on its website.
The Karnali Province Office of NEA has issued a directive to update the contact details on the company’s website for the convenience of the insured and service seekers. In an e-mail sent to the insurance company, the provincial office said, “Since the websites of some insurers have not included the contact details of the offices under Karnali Province, we request the central office to coordinate to update them completely by mid-July 2083.”
The insurer will have to update the details including office, branch name, address, phone number, email and Google map code number, photo of the head of the office, name, post, email and mobile number.
The provincial office has also directed to replace the damaged or torn office boards as soon as possible.
