Kathmandu. United Ajod Insurance Limited has allotted undistributed right shares and refunded the amount. The company had auctioned 63,847 units of promoter shares from June 12 to July 22 and had invited bidding for the shares from July 12 to July 12 after the decision of the Board of Directors of the company did not receive applications from the promoter shareholders. The company has verified the sealed tenders received within this period on June 22 and the company has been allotted on June 28.
The amount will be transferred to the bank account mentioned in the application form through IPS.
The final price of the allotment is Rs 112.60 and the allocation has been done proportionately according to the relative weightage of the bidders.
