Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has urged some shareholders who are yet to receive dividend to dematerialize their shares. As some of the shareholders of the bank have not updated the share dematerialization in their name, the dividend amount distributed by the various meetings of the bank has not been deposited in the concerned account.
For more information, the bank can contact the bank’s share registrar, Siddhartha Capital Ltd. The bank has requested to contact Narayanchaur, Naxal and central office of the bank, Durbar Marg, Kathmandu.
