Kathmandu. Molnia Power Company is going to sell 45.5 lakh units of reserve shares.
The company is going to issue 45,48,000 units of shares to the promoter shareholders from August 3. For this, the shareholders have to submit the necessary documents to the board of directors by July 30. After this, the shareholders will be able to buy the shares only after the approval of the board of directors.
1 unit of shares held by the existing shareholders of the company will be equal to 4 units of new shares. Shareholders can apply for the shares till September 1.
