Kathmandu. The stock market rose by single digits on Tuesday. The NEPSE index increased by 6.11 points to close at 2576.29.
Following the rise in the NEPSE sub-group, 12 sub-groups have increased while one group has fallen. During the day, the trading group increased by 1.47 percent while the production and processing group decreased by 0.18 percent.
On this day, the share prices of 164 companies increased and 101 companies declined. Shares of 10 companies remained stable today.
The market was traded at Rs 8.41 billion today. Out of the 10 turnovers, 9 are debentures and one is shares.
