Kathmandu. Matrika Bhattarai has been appointed as an independent director of Himalayan Life Insurance.
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Sunday appointed Bhattarai as an independent director. According to the company, his tenure will be 4 years.
Meanwhile, the meeting also approved the resignation of Thaneshwor Gautam from the post of independent director. Gautam had resigned from the post of independent director through a letter on July 22.
