Kathmandu. More than 3,89,000 units of shares of Nabil Bank have been put up for sale.
A total of 3,89,251 units of promoter shares of the promoter group of the bank are for sale. Currently, only the promoter shareholders of the bank can apply for the purchase of these shares.
The application has to be submitted within 35 days. The interested promoter shareholders can apply for the post through the prescribed format from the bank’s head office at Durbar Marg, Kathmandu within the stipulated date.
If the promoter shareholders do not apply for the purchase of shares within the stipulated period, the bank will open the sale of shares to other individuals and institutions.
