Kathmandu. More than 83,000 units of shares of Garima Bikas Bank are on sale.
A total of 83,823.45 units of shares of promoter group of the bank were put up for sale. Currently, only the promoter shareholders of the bank can apply for the shares.
The interested promoter shareholders can apply for the shares within 35 days from the bank’s central office at Lazimpat, Kathmandu.
If the promoter shareholders fail to apply for the shares within the stipulated time, the bank will open the sale of shares to other individuals and institutions.
