This year Kumari Bank has bagged the Platinum award for its outstanding performance through its KYC workflow compliance system after receiving more than 500 applications across 9 categories.
The system has made the customer identification process quicker, safer, and more effective, as well as helped to comply with regulatory standards strictly. The use of digital technology has also contributed to making service delivery more transparent and trustworthy.
