Kathmandu. Ashish Gajurel, president of the Infrastructure Development Committee, said the government was ready to bring policy-level reforms for the development of energy sector. He said this while delivering the welcome address at the 24th General Meeting and 8th Convention of IPPAN.
“If we need to make some reforms at the policy level, please remind us. Tell us that there is a problem in the energy sector. We can hold discussions and give instructions to the concerned bodies if necessary,” he said.
Stating that the policy, programme and budget have been brought for private sector-friendly, Gajurel said that the upcoming policies would be made more private sector-friendly.
“We have brought a private investment-friendly budget. The private sector is needed to fulfill the policies we have taken. We are still private sector-friendly. He said.
