Kathmandu. A total of 6,32,000 units of shares of Nepal Finance Company Limited (NFL) are for sale today.
A total of 6,32,971.187 units of promoter shares of the promoter group of the bank were auctioned through the auction. Any interested person and organization can bid for the shares.
The interested bidders can apply for 1,000 units of shares. Applications can be made for a maximum of all shares.
The minimum price of the shares has been set at Rs 100. Bids must be submitted at or above the minimum price.
The tender can be submitted till June 28. The bidders can bid for the shares from Prabhu Capital at Kamaladi, Kathmandu and branches of Nepal Finance, Kamaladi, Banepa, Machhapuchchhre, Legenkhel and Tilottama. Moreover, bidders can bid for the shares from Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Nepalgunj, Surkhet and Dhangadhi.
