Kathmandu. Surendra Raj Regmi has been appointed as the Chairman of Nepal Infrastructure Bank (NIFRA).
A meeting of the NIFRA Board of Directors held this morning appointed Regmi as the chairperson. He is a representative on the Board of Directors of Global IME Bankat NIFRA. Regmi is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Global IME Bank.
Earlier, Anuj Agarwal had resigned from the post of director and chairman of NIFRA. He was a member of NIFRA Board of Directors from Vishal Group.
The meeting also decided to appoint Deepak Kumar Agrawal to the post of Director of NIFRA.
