Kathmandu. Manjushree Finance has put up 8,39,000 units of shares for sale.
A total of 8,39,583 units of shares of the promoter group of the company have been put up for sale. Currently, only the promoter shareholders of the company can apply for the purchase of these shares.
The application can be submitted to the company’s central office at Thapathali, Kathmandu. A 35-day deadline has been given for the same.
If the company does not apply for the purchase from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, the shares will be sold to other people and organizations.
