Kathmandu. Arun Kabeli Power Limited has started the process of issuing right shares to its shareholders.
The company has applied to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) seeking permission to issue right shares. The company has sought permission to issue 50 percent right shares in the ratio of 2:1 of its paid-up capital.
If the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) permits, the company will issue right shares worth Rs 1,947,71,100 with a paid-up capital of Rs 3.89 billion. As per the agreement, the company will issue a total of 19,47,97,011 units of shares at face value of Rs 100.
Kumari Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the right shares.
