Kathmandu. Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited’s Ilam, Birtamode, Chandragadhi and Damak branches jointly organized agent training, business plan formulation and special plan to meet the goals of this fiscal year in a grand manner in Birtamode.
In the program, the head of the Central Training Department of the company, Dr. Yogendra Khatiwada was the chief guest. Similarly, state chief Sudish Kumar Gupta was also present on the occasion. The program was conducted by Nani Babu Acharya, chief of Birtamod branch.
Ilam branch chief Prabesh Parajuli, Chandragadhi branch chief Girwan Bhattarai, Birtamod branch chief Nani Babu Acharya and Damak branch chief Jiba Rai were present on the occasion.
More than one hundred and fifty agents and agent leaders participated in the program.
Emphasis was also laid on the exchange of experience among the participants and the formulation of an effective business plan.
The chief guest, Dr. Khatiwada urged the agents to play an active role in achieving the company’s goals by enhancing their capacity, professional competence, and responsibility towards customers.
Province Chief Gupta encouraged the agents to move forward with innovative thinking and planning as per the changing needs of the market.
The participants said that the program has played a significant role in preparing a clear action plan for this fiscal year and boosting the morale of the agents.
