Kathmandu. Salpa Bikas Bank has called its 14th Annual General Meeting.
The board of directors of the bank has decided to hold its meeting on June 29. The assembly will begin at 11:00 am at the premises of Shubham Foundation at Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadhi Municipality-2 in Khotang.
The meeting will also endorse a proposal to expand the bank’s office in 4 more districts in addition to its existing working area. For this purpose, while amending the Memorandum of Association and amending the Memorandum of Association, the proposal of authorizing a person designated by the Board of Directors to make any changes or additions from the regulatory body.
The meeting will also review the services and facilities of the Directors, amend the related regulations accordingly and endorse a proposal to select the Board of Directors for future works.
The meeting held the last fiscal year 2081. 82 Annual and Auditor’s Report Approved and Current Fiscal Year 2082. 83. Approve the proposal relating to the appointment of the auditor and the determination of his/her remuneration.
The bank has decided to close the book on June 17 for the purpose of the meeting. This means that only the shareholders who have remained in the bank before June 3 will be eligible to participate in the AGM.
