Kathmandu. The government has announced to upgrade the roads and bridges linking the district headquarters within the next five years. Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle said this while presenting the budget for the coming fiscal year 2083/084.
He said that human casualties due to accidents will be minimized by improving travel safety and roads.
