Kathmandu. The IPO of Apollo Hydropower was allotted today, March 11. The IPO was allotted at a function held at the office of Securities Issue Manager Himalayan Capital this morning.
The IPO of Apollo Hydropower was issued to the general public from April 10 to April 15. A total of 7,80,200 units of shares of the company were issued to the general public at a face value of Rs 100.
According to Capital, a total of 3,03,55,130 units of shares were sought from 27,71,018 applicants in the IPO. Out of which, 2,93,51,380 units of shares sought from 2,7,27,117 applicants were valid, while 5,03,750 units of shares sought from 43,901 applicants were cancelled.
The IPO has been allotted through lottery due to more applications than the demand. In which 78,020 lucky applicants got 10 shares each. According to this, out of the valid applicants, 26,49,097 applicants have become empty-handed.
The IPO results will be out in a few days. The final stock can be accessed from the sales manager’s website as well as CDSC’s My Shares and iporesult.cdsc.com.np.
