Kathmandu. A meeting of the Council of Ministers on Monday decided to form a taskforce to prepare a discussion paper on the issue of constitution amendment.
The meeting also decided to form a taskforce under the convenorship of political advisor to Prime Minister Balendra Shah, according to government spokesperson and Education Minister Sasmit Pokharel.
