Kathmandu. President Ram Chandra Poudel has appointed Balendra Shah (Balen) as the Prime Minister of Nepal on Tuesday. According to Article 76 (1) of the Constitution, he was appointed as the leader of the party commanding a majority in the House of Representatives.
