Kathmandu. Surya Jyoti Life Insurance Company is issuing 2,20,000 units of shares.
The shares of the company’s promoter group have been put up for sale. Currently, only existing promoter shareholders of the company can apply for the shares.
The interested bidders can bid for their shares at the office of NIC Asia Capital at Thapathali, Kathmandu. A 35-day deadline has been given for the same.
If the application for purchase of shares is not received from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, the issue will be opened to other individuals and organizations.
