Kathmandu. Shares of Super Khudi Hydropower will be traded in the secondary market from Wednesday.
Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed its initial public offering (IPO) on Tuesday. The IPO of any company starts trading from the second day of its listing. According to the same provision, the shares of the company will be traded from tomorrow.
A total of 1.55 crore units of shares of Super Khudi Hydropower have been listed on NEPSE. Out of the total offered shares, 31 Lakh units (20%) are held by the public and 1.24 Crore (80%) units are held by the promoters.
For the first transaction, NEPSE has fixed a minimum of Rs 100 to a maximum of Rs 300 per share. The trading signal is that the company has received SKHL.
The company’s shares will be traded in the special session tomorrow if they are traded within the range set by NEPSE.
Super Khudi Hydropower Limited had opened its IPO to the general public from February 19 to 2011. The IPO was allotted on March 30.
