Kathmandu. Dubai authorities have announced the temporary suspension of flights at Dubai International Airport as a precaution to ensure the safety of all passengers and staff.
Earlier, officials said they were trying to control the fire near the airport. It happened after a “drone-related incident” hit the fuel tank.
Passengers are advised to contact their airlines for information about their flights.
Before the war between the US and Iran broke out in late February, Dubai airport was the busiest airport in the world for international passengers. It handled about 90 million passengers in 2025. –Agency
